TVS iQube ST : TVS Motor Company has just shared the delivery timeline for its new electric scooter, the TVS iQube ST, and it’s exciting news for EV fans. After a long wait, the company confirmed that deliveries will start in July 2025. This clears up the uncertainty for customers who have been waiting since the scooter was first announced back in 2022.
A Slight Delay, But Worth the Wait?
The iQube ST was supposed to launch earlier, but delays in getting parts and software issues slowed things down. Now, TVS seems ready to roll out the scooter with all the promised upgrades. And the best part? The final version comes with some great improvements.
Two Battery Options for More Range
iQube ST will be available in two variants of it — 3.4 kWh and another one is powered by a 5.1 kWh battery. The bigger battery version – 150 km (93 miles) real-world range per charge It is a strong competitor in the electric scooter niche and should equally appeal to city rides or short trips out of town.
Charging times will vary:
- The 5.1 kWh battery takes about 4 hours 30 minutes to fully charge.
- The 3.4 kWh battery charges a bit faster.
Smart & Connected Features
With cool tech packed into the TVS iQube ST it almost feels more like a smart gadget than just a scooter from G+AS. Features equipped with a 7-inch touch screen to provide navigation, real time vehicle tracking and even supports OTA upgrades. It comes with voice assist, call alerts, music controls and smartphone connectivity of TVS SmartXonnect app. The app is for checking ride stats, battery status, geofencing (safe zones), anti-theft alerts etc.
Price Still a Mystery
TVS have announced all the details out but the official price is still a mystery. Experts speculate it could be a little over $2,000 to $2,400 (Indian pricing) at best. While no official word yet if it will be available Stateside, an international debut might be imminent given how in demand the EVs have become.
